Whitbread holds public meeting with residents on first stage of demolition 

Whitbread held a meeting with local residents to hear from demolition contractor, Erith, about the first stage of demolition. This stage will demolish the residual building to theground floor, except for the bridge over corner house street, enabling the scaffolding on The Strand and Craven Street to be removed. December Residents Meeting

Whitbread held a second, virtual meeting with residents via Zoom on 15th December 2022 (5pm-6pm). The project team provided an update on the development of the proposed new hotel and answered questions from local residents. A full recording of the meeting can be viewed here.

Introductory Residents Meeting

Whitbread held a meeting with local residents on the 19th October 2022 (5pm-6:30pm) to introduce the project team and gain insights and feedback from residents.
